Return Policy

We want you to love how your space feels. If a piece isn't right, returning it is simple.

30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Email us at azeemandcosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right at no additional cost.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
